Our client, a global provider of IT Consulting , Outsourcing and BPO services is looking for a Sales Director for Energy / Oil&Gas / Resources vertical responsible for Sales and Business Development activities.

This role can be based anywhere in US ( Midwest preferred )

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in consulting, and a solid history of success in similar roles with prior experience in consulting services area .

• 15+ Years of sales experience in Energy / Oil&Gas / Resources industry selling, IT solutions, Outsourcing, BPO etc.

• Creates and qualifies new sales opportunities
\n
• Identifies new customer needs/ business/ technology trends for potential offerings
\n
• Closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing
\n
• Actions as per the commitments given to clients to ensure Experience Certainty
\n
• Designs the opportunity/bid win strategies
\n
• Ensures delivery of value messaging through competitive sales messaging
\n
• Takes responsibilities of large bids as assigned.
\n
• Acquiring new clients (hunting) and selling IT solutions, Outsourcing, BPO etc.
\n
• Achieves targets for realizable revenue commitments
\n
• Maintains high win rate for qualified opportunities
\n
• Exceeds minimum approved profitability for bids
\n
• Converts target prospects into Clients
\n
• Achieves Go-to-Market Offering Campaign targets
\n
• Conducts relevant customer research to understand the prospects / clients organization and its executives in details
\n
• Collaboration & Networking, Corporate Governance & Reporting and Personal Development
